Steven is a seasoned construction professional with over 35 years of experience in preconstruction, estimating, and business development. He has led national projects across residential, commercial, and government sectors, with clients such as NASA, DOD, Lockheed Martin, and Stanford Medical.
A licensed General Contractor and trained union carpenter, Steven brings hands-on expertise and a collaborative leadership style that bridges field and office operations. He’s known for driving efficiency, reducing risk, and leading teams with transparency and trust.
Outside of work, Steven enjoys golf, fly fishing, and spending time with his wife Laura and their children, Guinevere and Mason.
Deanna Lopez
Senior project accountant
Deanna is a dedicated construction finance professional with over ten years of experience in the industry. Her career began in her family’s construction business, where she developed a strong foundation that led to progressive roles, from Project Accounts to Assistant Controller. Deanna has supported a wide range of residential and commercial projects, with expertise in budgeting, job cost tracking, vendor management, and lien compliance.
She has played a key role in establishing the financial operations of multiple construction start-ups, implementing systems and controls that support growth and long-term stability. Known for her precision, reliability, and deep industry knowledge, Deanna excels at bridging field operations with back-office functions to drive efficiency and accountability across construction teams.
