Senior Vice President, Construction
Steven is a seasoned construction professional with over 35 years of experience in preconstruction, estimating, and business development. He has led national projects across residential, commercial, and government sectors, with clients such as NASA, DOD, Lockheed Martin, and Stanford Medical.
A licensed General Contractor and trained union carpenter, Steven brings hands-on expertise and a collaborative leadership style that bridges field and office operations. He’s known for driving efficiency, reducing risk, and leading teams with transparency and trust.
Outside of work, Steven enjoys golf, fly fishing, and spending time with his wife Laura and their children, Guinevere and Mason.
